Refund Policy
Last updated: May 26, 2026
1. Summary
AdPlug is operated by MeanData IT SRL and sold through Paddle.com, our merchant of record. The following policy applies to every paid subscription bought from AdPlug:
- 14-day refund window. You can request a full refund on any paid charge within 14 calendar days of the charge being made. We approve every refund request made inside this window — no questions asked.
- Free trials never charge if you cancel in time. Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. If your card is charged because you canceled after the trial expired, the 14-day refund window above still applies to that first charge.
- Statutory rights are always honored. Where local consumer law gives you a longer or stronger right to a refund (for example, the EU/EEA 14-day cooling-off period for first subscription payments), we honor that statutory right in addition to this policy.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@adplug.app from the email address on your AdPlug account. Include your subscription ID (visible at /dashboard/billing once you're signed in) and a one-line note about why you're asking.
We aim to acknowledge every request within one business day and to forward approved refunds to Paddle within two business days. Paddle then returns the money to your original payment method. The bank-side return typically takes 3 to 10 business days to land, depending on your card issuer.
3. What is refundable
- The most recent paid subscription charge for Pro or Max, within 14 days of the charge.
- Any charge made in error (duplicate billing, wrong tier, billing after a cancellation).
- Statutory withdrawal claims (for example, the EU consumer cooling-off period) regardless of whether the 14-day discretionary window has passed.
4. What is not refundable
- Charges older than 14 days, except where statutory rights still apply or where AdPlug failed to deliver a feature you paid for. We'll review out-of-window requests in good faith.
- Partial-period refunds when you downgrade or cancel mid-cycle. Your existing tier stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
- Charges resulting from extensive use of the service prior to a refund request (for example, using more than 50% of your monthly request quota before asking for a refund).
- Custom Agency plans, which are governed by the separate order form signed between MeanData IT SRL and the agency customer.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Almost every dispute can be resolved faster by emailing support@adplug.app. Chargebacks bypass the policy above and may result in your AdPlug account being suspended until the dispute is resolved with Paddle.
6. Cancellations versus refunds
Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the current billing period and no further charges occur. You can cancel anytime from your customer portal at /dashboard/billing.
Refund returns money already paid for the current period. Use it together with cancellation if you want both effects.
