Terms of Service

By accessing or using AdPlug MCP ("AdPlug", "Service"), operated by MeanData IT SRL ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AdPlug is a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) platform that enables users to connect their advertising accounts (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and manage them through AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible clients.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

When you connect an advertising platform (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), you authorize AdPlug to access your ad account data on your behalf using OAuth tokens. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access for the accounts you connect.

AdPlug accesses your ad accounts only to fulfill requests made through your MCP endpoint. We do not independently access, modify, or analyze your ad account data outside of your explicit tool requests.

You agree not to:

• Share your MCP endpoint URL with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Use the Service to violate Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads terms of service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

AdPlug offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing.

• Usage limits are enforced per subscription tier
• Exceeding your monthly call limit will result in requests being rejected until the next billing cycle
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by MeanData IT SRL. Your ad account data remains your property. We claim no ownership of your data.

AdPlug is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any changes made to your ad accounts through the Service. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all mutations (campaign changes, bid adjustments, etc.) before executing them.

Our total liability for any claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, we will delete your stored OAuth tokens and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
