Who handles payments?
Paddle.com is our merchant of record. They process payments, charge sales tax where required, and issue invoices on our behalf.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your customer portal at any moment. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
What is your refund policy?
We honor a 14-day refund window from the date of the charge, plus statutory rights where they apply. Full details in our refund policy.
Do I need a credit card for the free tier?
No. The free tier is genuinely free — no card on file. Pro and Max do require a card to start the 7-day free trial.
What counts as one AI request?
Each tool call made by your AI assistant through your MCP endpoint counts as one request. Reading a campaign report is one request. Pulling another report is another.
What counts as an AI edit?
Any tool call that mutates an ad account — pausing a campaign, adjusting a budget, adding a negative keyword. Free is read-only. Pro has 200 edits/month, Max is unlimited.
