Agency summary across every property
Every Search Console property's last 28 days vs. the 28 before in one table, biggest sites first, with the movers flagged and the drops explained.
Give me a one-table summary of every Search Console property I have access to. List my properties with performance on: it returns each verified property's last 28 days against the 28 before (clicks, impressions, CTR and average position), biggest sites first, for up to 50 properties. Where a site has both a Domain property and URL-prefix properties, use the Domain property's numbers so nothing is counted twice. Flag every property whose clicks moved by a meaningful amount (ask me what counts as meaningful, and suggest a threshold that scales with each site's size), plus any property that returned an error or isn't verified. Then, for each site with a real drop, run the overview analysis and give a short explanation: when it started, which pages and queries lost the most, and whether a Google ranking update or a data break overlaps it. Finish with the properties that need attention this week, in order, and a one-line note for each that I can send to the client.
Why this works
Checking client sites one property at a time is how a drop goes unnoticed. This puts every property in one table from one call, then digs into the ones that dropped.
