Titles and descriptions worth rewriting
Page-one queries getting far fewer clicks than their position should, grouped by page, with the live title and description and a rewrite for each.
Find the pages whose titles and meta descriptions are costing me clicks in Google. List my Search Console properties first and ask which one to use if I have more than one. Ask me for my brand terms, so branded queries stay out of the benchmark, and for the window and minimum impressions to use (suggest values that fit the site's traffic). Run the ctr_opportunities analysis with live_check on: it compares each page-one query's CTR with this site's own CTR at the same position, groups the gaps by page, and adds the current title and meta description of the top pages. For every page it returns, starting with the most missed clicks: (1) show the current title and description, the queries losing clicks, and the expected vs. actual CTR for each, (2) write a new title and meta description that answer what those queries are asking, keep the brand and the page's real offer, and stay short enough not to be cut off (about 60 characters for the title and 155 for the description), (3) flag the queries where a results feature above the listing, like an AI Overview, videos or shopping results, is a likelier cause than the snippet, so I can look at those results pages before changing anything. Output one table per page with character counts. This only suggests copy; I'll make the edits on the site myself.
Why this works
A page-one result with a weak title loses clicks every day it ranks, and the fix is two lines of copy. The benchmark is your own site's CTR at the same position, with brand queries left out, rather than an industry table.
