Microsoft Ads negative-keyword conflict checker

Find positives silently blocked by your own negatives, including account-level ones. Optionally remove the offending negative.

The prompt
Audit my Microsoft Ads account for negative-keyword conflicts. List my accounts first and ask which to audit if I have more than one. Then: (1) pull all negatives at account, campaign, ad-group, and shared-list level, (2) pull all positive keywords across the account, (3) identify any positive keyword that is being blocked by a negative (exact or phrase match logic), (4) for each conflict report which negative is blocking which positive and where the negative lives, (5) flag the highest-impact conflicts (positives that have historical conversions but are now blocked). If I want to fix any of them, preview the matching removal (delete_negative_keywords, remove_keywords_from_negative_list, or remove_account_negative_keywords, depending on where the negative lives) and wait for my confirmation before executing.

Why this works

Negatives pile up for years, and on Microsoft they often arrive in bulk with a Google import. Some end up blocking the keywords you're paying to show for. This finds every one.

Run it on your account.
